Construction Feasibility Estimates
Feasibility Estimates provide a total cost estimate from generally Pre-Development Approval drawings based upon square metre costs for particular building uses.
Quanto can prepare a feasibility estimate for any proposed development based on preliminary documentation. We review the documentation provided and enquire as to the use of the development. Our experience in construction costs of the same type and nature of the development allows us to apply our current market rates to the overall cost.
Feasibility Estimates have a limited level of accuracy, and should be considered only when investigating the early feasibility of a project.
These are usually provided at the pre tender documentation and sketch drawing stage to allow the developer to determine whether a project is profitable without spending high up front costs in design and documentation prior to construction.
