In the unfortunate event of a construction dispute, Quanto are able provide a report of our expert opinion on construction cost matters should this be required for court purposes. We have completed reports in varying sizes and detail for the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales as well as providing reports for the Consumer Trading and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT).
We have over 25 years experience in the construction industry. This experience allows us to cover a broad base of construction dispute resolution and impartiality required for expert opinion.
Once engaged to complete the report, Quanto, if able and permission is granted, will inspect the site in dispute to take notes and photographic evidence of the development. Furthermore we will inspect to determine if there are any specific site factors which may need to be considered. We will then review any relevant documentation to provide a complete and detailed report for the courts.
