Progress Payment Reporting and Variation Management

Quanto can prepare and complete progress payment reports for the financial institution to ensure the builder/developer is claiming what has been completed on the project. These reports monitor insurances, site progress, anticipated completion dates, construction cash flow and cost to complete to inform the stakeholders of the actual progress to site. These are usually performed on a monthly basis throughout the construction period right through to completion.

Furthermore, Quanto will prepare a variations management report indicating any variations and the costs associated with the variations. We acknowledge that variations are difficult to determine on site, however we ensure a statutory declaration is completed and signed to ensure variations are being indicated and claimed over and above the initial development costs.
