Section 94A Cost Estimates

It is becoming increasingly common for many councils within New South Wales to request a cost estimate prepared and completed by a qualified Quantity Surveyor for any development valued at over $500,000. Councils generally send a prepared form indicating the layout they prefer to complete these estimates. Quanto's quantity surveyors are members of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and as a result are qualified to complete these reports.
These reports need to be signed off by a Quantity Surveyor and generally indicate square metre costs for bulk office, retail, warehousing, car parking and residential areas.
