Sinking Fund Forecasts


The Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 requires the Owner’s Corporation of all strata schemes to have in place a 10-year Sinking Fund Forecast or plan so that funds are available if and when common property items need replacing so as to keep the building in good condition

Our forecasts are calculated over a 30 year period ensuring that funds are available for items with a life of more than 10 years. We offer a comprehensive, easy to read report that details the costs of replacement items and individual unit contributions required to meet these costs.

Quite often, an Owner’s Corporation will seek additional estimates for replacement costs of items that have not been allocated within sinking funds for some reason.
